Chef Kristin Kish takes us through her entire daily wellness and beauty routine. With the hectic day-to-day most chefs can identify with, Kirstin manages to have three consistent things in place to start her day; a pint of water, three coffees, and a shower. She also stresses the importance of her daily meditation and moisturizing her face to protect it from oven heat. From answering emails and pressing her apron to preparing for reservations and eating her kitchen meal standing up (as most chefs do), Kristin shares how she works it at her restaurant.
