Umno president to seek an audience with Perak Sultan on Sunday

Dewan Negara Perak (the Advisory Council to the Ruler) member Datuk Seri Mohd Annuar Zaini told reporters outside Istana Kinta in Ipoh on Saturday that Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamid will have an audience with the Sultan of Perak on Sunday.
Mohd Annuar said the meeting would be regarding the current political development in the state and the issue of the appointment of a new Mentri Besar following Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu's defeat in a motion of vote of confidence in the state assembly on Friday.
