Be humane, don't simply penalise your rider, p-hailing operators urged

The Transport Ministry on Aug 7 reminded p-hailing service providers to treat their delivery riders in a humane manner and to not impose unreasonable penalties on riders for late deliveries caused by factors beyond their control.
