Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the method of colour-coding zones according to their Covid-19 risk helps the authorities to take proactive measures against the pandemic.
He added that the ministry also looked at other factors when determining whether an area is high-risk or not, rather than relying solely on the colour codes.
