- 1kg of garlic
- 1kg hot peppers
- 500g sweet peppers
- 3 teaspoons of salt
- 3 teaspoons of essence - acetic acid
- 2 teaspoons of oil

I Peel the garlic and peppers,

II Grind everything together.

III Add salt, essence and oil and
stir well.
Cover with a cloth and leave for 12 hours.

IV Stir again and pour into jars.
