ಒಂದೆಡೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊರೊನಾ ಪಾಸಿಟಿವ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಅದರ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮತ್ತೊಂದೆಡೆ ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸಾಮಾಗ್ರಿಗಳ ಖರೀದಿ ವ್ಯವಹಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಎರಡು ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅವ್ಯವಹಾರ ನಡೆದಿದೆ.
