Felcra Bhd, Federal Land Development Authority (Felda), Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority (Risda) and the Malaysian National Association of Smallholders (PKPKM) will be sending a joint memorandum to the European Commission to voice their objections over the proposed palm oil ban.
