135 homeless after fire razes longhouse in northern Sarawak

A longhouse was razed to the ground in a midnight fire in the remote Tatau district in northern Sarawak.

Rumah Lanting was totally destroyed, but fortunately all of its 135 longhouse occupants from 18 living quarters managed to escape the flames.
