Police to call more witnesses in Shila Amzah assault probe

Police say more witnesses will be called in before the investigation paper on the alleged assault involving singer Shila Amzah and a veteran artiste can be finalised.

Speaking at a press conference on Monday (July 28), acting Kuala Lumpur police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mohamed Usuf Jan Mohamad said police will now investigate the actions of the veteran artiste after the investigation paper submitted to the Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) was returned for further action.
