The father of an 11-year-old girl who was found with bruises on her face, swollen eyes and scars on her body has been tested positive for drugs.
A seven-day remand order has been granted by the Bukit Mertajam court on the man and also on the girl's stepmother for investigations into the alleged abuse of the girl.
