Former aide-de-camp to Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, Owen Chung, had always reminded his two sons was to help the people in need regardless of race, colour or creed. Owen passed awayon Saturday at the age of 85, leaving behind his wife Chee Sin Gan, two sons, a daughter-in-law and two grandchildren.
