Thirty years ago, on the thirteenth of April, an unusual Japanese animated series premiered on NHK. Part Jules Verne, part Miyazaki, part Evangelion, "Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water" has become a favorite of millions of viewers around the world. In celebration of its 30th anniversary, I decided to give a virtual panel, where I share all sorts of interesting behind-the-scenes stories about the show. Because this was my first virtual panel, I will admit that I do come across as somewhat shaky at times. Nonetheless, I feel pleased at the work I put into it. You'll find all sorts of interesting anecdotes in this hour long panel, plus opportunities for sing-alongs.
