Very popular street food in Mumbai. It is spicy mixed vegetables (bhaji) cooked in a special blend of spices and served with lemon, onion and soft bread (pav) shallow fried in butter.
Ingredients
For the Bhaji:-
2 large Potatoes
4 Carrots
2 cup Cauliflower florets
1 cup Green Peas
2 large Onions (chopped finely)
4 large Tomatoes (chopped finely)
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 medium sized Green Bell pepper/capsicum (chopped finely)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala (I used Everest masala brand)
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala
Orange food color (optional)
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander (chopped finely)
1/4 cup Oil
To serve:-
Butter (as required)
1 Onion (chopped finely)
Lemon wedes (as required)
