Ingredients

200 grams Khoya (Mawa)

3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour (Maida)

1/4 teaspoon Cooking soda

1 tablespoon Ghee

Milk , or water to knead (if needed)

For sugar syrup

2 cups Sugar

2 cups Water

1 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)

1 teaspoon Rose Essence
