Union Home Minister Amit Shah wrote a letter to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in connection with not receiving expected support from the state government over return of stranded migrants. In his letter the Shah accused the Bengal government of not allowing shramik trains run by the Railways to reach the state and declared this to be an injustice for Bengali migrants stranded across the country.
