Recipe: INGREDIENTS: 1 cup steamed garbanzo beans 1 Medium green bell pepper 1 Medium red bell pepper 3-4 red onion - round slices 8 cherry tomatoes 5 garlic cloves few mint leaves
FOR DRESSING: 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup vinegar 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 tablespoon dried dill 3-4 garlic cloves minced salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION: 1. Brush oil on bell peppers. Cut 1/2" slices & grill. (You may used any grill of your choice, we have used electric grill here). 2. Cut onion rings & garlic cloves & grill. 3. Grill whole cherry tomatoes. Chop grilled onion rings. 4.. Mix all grilled vegetables in a bowl. Add steamed or par-boiled garbanzo beans (Chick peas or Kabuli chana). 5.Mix all ingredients for salad dressing in a jar & mix well. 6. Add mint leaves & dressing to the mixed salad prepared & enjoy!
