Semolina Crust Veggie Pizza

SEMOLINA CRUST PIZZA / TAWA DHOKLA PIZZA RECIPE:
Ingredients:
For crust:
1/2 cup semolina / rawa / sooji
2 tablespoons yogurt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Salt to taste
1/4 cup water
For sauce:
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
VeggieFor toppings:
1 teaspoon cooked corn
1/2 teaspoon minced bell peppers

Directions:
1. In a bowl, add semolina, yogurt, salt , water & baking soda. Mix well.
2. On medium High heat warm deep skillet. Place a greased ring. Add oil, semolina mix & cover. Leave it covered for 5-7 minutes or till it is done.
3. Add pizza sauce mix & cheese. Top with corn & bell peppers and cover. Keep covered till the cheese melts.
4. Take out the ring and then pizza on a plate. Enjoy!
