Hi y'all...Welcome back to my channel! :) In this video, i want to share my daily workout routine. This is what I do 5 days a week (Mon – Fri) during my lunch break (12 - 1 pm)!
Below is the list of workouts:

1) Run on treadmill for 1 mile (Speed set to 6.5 miles/hr)
2) Deadlifts (Do 3 sets)
(1 set is 5 times deadlift)
a. I use 45 lb plate on each side. You can go lower or higher based on your comfort.
b. Remember three things (as said by someone famous)
i. CORE TIGHT
ii. LIFT THROUGH YOUR HEELS
iii. KEEP YOUR CHIN UP
3) Stairs/ Squats Combo (Do 3 sets)
Burn 50 calories on stairs. Follow up with 15 number of squats.
I use 45 lb dumbbell for the squats. You can go lower or higher based on your comfort.
4) Hang for a min or two
5) Bridges (1 min or 2 min)
Make a bridge with your body. KEEP YOUR CORE TIGHT!
6) Planks (1 min each)
For any of below planks, KEEP YOUR CORE TIGHT!
a. Straight Planks- 1 min
b. Side Planks (Left side)- 1 min
c. Side Planks (Right side)- 1 min
