How To Screenshot On windows 10.
There are various ways of taking screenshot on a windows 10 but today we will discuss the three simple yet most commonly used ways of doing so.
Method 1
Print Screen
Print Screen is the most common and easy to use tool. Windows has this feature by default.
Step 1 - Open the page you wish to Capture.
Step 2 - Look for the 'Print Screen' button on your keyboard and Press it. If that does not work try pressing Fn + Print Screen ( It dffers as per your computer)
Step 3 - Open MS Paint on your computer.
Step 4 - Press Ctrl+V
Step 5 - Go to File located at the top left corner of your screen and save it in the format of JPEG as shown in the video.
Method 2
Snipping Tool
While the print screen method captures the whole screen, Snipping tool has features that will also allow you to take snap of certain areas. So, this method is useful if you want to capture a specific photo and not the whole screen.
Step 1 - Go to search bar on your computer and type Snipping tool
Step 2 - Select the mode you desired to use.
Step 3 - take the snap as you wish.
Step 4 - Click on Flie.
Step 5- Go to save as or press Ctrl + S
Method 3
Sketch Software
Sketch is a free App for Screenshot. This has features such as blur effects to hide your important files, Arrows which is useful while indicating certain things.
Step 1 - Open your web browser and search for 'Sketch or Sketchtool'
Step 2 - Download the App as shown in the video.
Step 3 - Open the App
Step 4 - Select the mode and screenshot the area you wish for.
Step 5 - Edit the image and save it.
