The Education Ministry refused to take up YTL Communications Sdn Bhd’s (YTL) offer to give schools free internet connectivity because their offer was a raw deal for the Government.
Education Ministry secretary-general Datuk Dr Mohd Gazali Abas said on Friday that the allegations made by YTL recently were baseless and untrue.
