Peter Sutcliffe is an English serial killer labeled as the 'Yorkshire Ripper' by the press during his reign of terror. He was convicted of murdering 13 women and attempting to murder seven others. He is one of the few English criminals to be given a whole life order meaning he will never be released from custody.
