Elderly man falls down stairs looking at his phone

A 69-year-old man tumbled down dozens of stairs whilst looking at his phone.

CCTV footage filmed in eastern Jiangsu Province on October 17, shows a man falling down the stairs out of Hai’an Railway Station.

The police rushed to rescue him and he was later taken to hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.

According to reports, the man was trying to ring his family. He missed a step and fell down the stairs.
