Woman has nasty fall on staircase in underground train station

A shocking video has emerged of a woman falling down a staircase in an underground train station in China.

The CCTV footage, captured in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province last Thursday, shows the woman suddenly losing her footing and falling down the stairs.

She was reportedly looking at her phone as she started walking down the steps which caused her to lose her footing.

She was injured but it now said to be recovering.
