Five-year-old is run over by car but escapes serious injury

A security camera in China has captured the terrifying moment a 5-year-old boy wandered into the road and was run over by a car.

The video, which was filmed in Chongqing on July 12, shows the boy wandering about at the side of the road close to the entrance to a market.

As a car passes by his left side, he suddenly walks into its path and is run over.

The boy was taken to hospital. Incredibly was treated for only minor injuries.
