1: spinach can 765g (i used 2 cans chopped spinach of 765g each) or fresh 2 kg
2: tomatoes 4 medium (sliced)
3: onions 3 medium (finely chopped)
4: ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
5: fresh garlic 2 whole bulbs (finely sliced)
6: cumin seeds 1 tsp
7: cumin seeds 1 & 1/2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
8: salt 1 tsp
9: red chilli powder 1 tsp
10: turmeric 1/2 tsp
11: garam masala powder 1 tsp
12: coriander powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
13: bullit green chilli 3 (sliced)
14: oil 1/2 cup
15: butter to serve with
