This family-owned business in Yangshuo, near Guilin, Guangxi makes Guilin rice noodles, a dish that is made unique by each shop’s gravy recipe. The shop owner, Rong Jinghua, runs the business with her kids, serving the community piping hot rice noodles that are topped with local ingredients such as pickled radishes, peanuts, and kelp.
