I originally gave a low rating, however management reached out to me the next day and took the time to help someone with no HVAC knowledge understand where I stood and what my needs were. I will say that my initial communication from the tech left me somewhat confused. But I would like to thank Kip (one of the owners) for reaching out and taking the time to educate me. I appreciate the speedy installation appointment and the quick follow up.
