I called after our unit was not cooling as it should be. I called hoping someone would be out by early next week and was pleasantly surprised when they said someone could be out that evening. Brian showed up and was very friendly and professional. He checked out the system and let me know what the problem was and that he could do what was basically a quick fix and hopefully it would work to get us through the season. I appreciated the honesty and him being straightforward.
