Noah came out this morning and serviced our AC unit. He was so professional and kind and had me laughing at my self for not understanding what "Grossly Overcharged" meant. :} It is not what I thought as it is an AC term. I will for sure ALWAYS use and recommend this company. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly, with a minimal charge. We felt extremely blessed by their kindness to us.
