Council's festive lights branded 'pants' after resembling Y-FRONTS

These Christmas lights have been branded "pants" by locals who say the festive decorations look more like Y-FRONTS. Stunned residents in Walsall, West Mids., could not believe their eyes after the council erected dozens of rows of festive briefs appearing to be hanging "on washing lines". They accused council bosses of wasting taxpayers' cash on the eyesore lights which have been strung up in the city centre. Resident John Wittlesea, 42, said: "What brainbox signed this off? My five-year-old could tell you these lights look more like pants on a washing line.
