Anti-Putin Political Leader Alexei Navalny Released From Jail

On Sunday morning, one day after hundreds of people were detained following an anti-government protest in Moscow, Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny was released from police custody. The fierce critic of President Vladimir Putin, was detained by police shortly after arriving in Moscow's Pushkinskaya Square on Saturday after organizing rallies in several cities across Russia.
