00:00 From the beginning of the video you can see me finalising my preparations for a base dig. Unless I'm mistaken, each defense zone should be successful as long as the zone number (the number inside the blue circle in the base dig mission select) exceeds the enemy‘s (the skull in the same menu). At least this is how it worked for me in previous base digs. I finish up and begin digging. Also please note at this point you can see my defense team is at C level before I start (check whilst I'm crafting).
1:18 I enter the transporter to jump to Africa and finish off some side missions there. However as you can see, my game just stops working. The game itself has not frozen but there is no X button prompt for me to continue playing. The game remains stuck on this screen and I can't progress. I'd never experienced this problem before (played for 100+ hours) and so in the end I just decided to close the application and restart. I'm not sure if it means anything but at 2:56 the loading icon at the top right goes away. The rest of the video cuts off to the point I decide to close the game.
