Chattisgarh cop sets off a 6000 km 'peace ride' from Delhi to Bastar | Oneindia News

A 42-year-old Police constable from Bastar, Banshi Lal Netam set off a 6,000 Kilometer bicycle ride from India Gate on Monday. The constable wants to get himself registered in Guinness Book of World Record and set up an adventure sports hub in Naxal-hit region of Bastar. He will by cycling along the Golden Quadrilateral highway network across India. Bastar has been the hot zone of naxal activities for long and the cop wants to bring peace in the region and uplift the life of the people in Bastar.
