For over 30 years Matt Nicholson has been at the forefront of the fitness industry, competing and winning at the highest levels both in Australia and on the international stage. Matt has competed as an elite natural bodybuilder, power lifter, Olympic lifter, strongman athlete and more recently representing Australia at the world Crossfit masters games, in the US. He is the current Australian crossfit masters champion, a title he has now held consecutively for the past 3 years and placed top 10 in the world at his very first international games.
