The inspector general of Jammu and Kashmir Muneer Khan said that as per evidences, the Amarnath attack was plotted in Pakistan , carried out by Lashar-e-taiyaba and masterminded by a Pakistani terrorist Abu Ismail. People were killed and injured when terrorists opened fire on a bus near Batengoo in Anantnag.
