BCCI has been asked by COA (the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators) to announce the name of the Indian team head coach today. The COA doesn’t want any further delay in this matter and has directed the BCCI accordingly. Earlier, BCCI decided to put off its announcement of the new coach in the recent CAC meeting. Saurav Ganguly said that there is no rush to appoint as there is a fair amount of time left for the Sri Lankan tour. Ganguly then explained that he would consult the captain first.
