Congress leader Renuka Chowdhury sparked controversy on Tuesday with her 'rape to chalte hi rehte hain' remark, in reply to a question related to Bulandshahr Gang-Rape Case. The UP Police late on Monday night confirmed to have arrested the kingpin and two others of the gang suspected to be involved in the Bulandshahr gang-rape of a woman and her teenage daughter.
