India beat Argentina 2-1 in Hockey at Rio Olympics 2016, qualify for Quarter Finals

India has defeated Argentina 2-1 in a Group B match in Rio. India took the lead in the 8th minute with a fine goal by Chinglensana Singh and doubled it in the 35th minute hanks to a field goal by Kothajit Singh. In the last quarter Argentina made one goal thanks to a penalty shoot out. This win takes India to No. 2 in pool B standings. Germany lead the group. Top four teams go to the knockouts.
