Manipur University in Imphal rocked by blast, 7 people reported injured | Oneindia News

A blast has taken place outside the Manipur University in Imphal, injuring atleast 7 people, more details are awaited. This is the second blast in one day in Manipur, earlier an IED explosion outside a BSF camp injured 1 child.
