Mexico to end sugar exports to U.S.
As of Monday, Mexico is no longer interested in exporting sugar to the U.S. Mexico sent a letter to the U.S. expressing a lack of negotiation with Washington officials. This stems from the empty positions in many U.S. government departments. There is still miscommunication about the Mexican government’s issuance of export licenses to suppliers entering the U.S. Trump has plans to renegotiate the trade agreement with Mexico, which is the U.S.’s biggest sugar supplier.
