A video, posted online by the opposition-run Syrian news agency Thiqa, is said to show a missile falling on a town in western Aleppo province.
A large explosion can be heard and a large plume of smoke is seen rising.
At least three people were killed and 15 injured in the airstrike, according to Syrian Defence Officials.
According to Syrian activists, Russian and government forces continue to bomb rebel positions in the area.
It comes as a ten-hour ceasefire by Russian and Syrian government forces in Aleppo has come to an end.
Moscow says it was the final chance for rebels to leave besieged areas.
None of the area’s estimated 275,000 residents left the territory, as they had been urged.
Russia and Syria are now expected to resume attacks on the city’s eastern side.
Opposition forces are continuing their counter-offensive aimed at breaking the siege.
