My Nana is wonderful lady who has touched the hearts of so many people. She brings our family together in a way no one else can. I feel so fortunate to have grown up with a grandmother like her and wanted to pay tribute to her. With the help of our family and friends, we were able to put together this (amateur) video that just barely begins to scratch the surface of how much we love and appreciate her. I love you Nana!
