Julian Assange's lawyers have asked a Swedish court to overturn an arrest warrant. This comes after a U.N. Panel recently ruled Assange has been arbitrary detained in Ecuador´s embassy in London. Assange maintains that Sweden's accusations are part of a ploy to extradite him to the United States where a criminal investigation into the activities of WikiLeaks is still open.
