NorthStar Engineering is a diverse 28 member engineering, architecture, surveying, planning and environmental firm located in Chico, California. Our firm has been providing continuous service to local, state, federal and private clients since 1983. Our project locations cover all of California and southern Oregon. We have eight registered civil engineers licensed in California and Oregon, professional land surveyors licensed in California, biologists, environmental planners, a licensed arborist, and GIS analysts.
