Mateo Renzi has become the first Italian head of state to visit Colombia, where he met with President Juan Manuel Santos and offered to provide assistance in demining efforts. Over 11,000 Colombians have been killed or seriously wounded by landmines in the past 25 years. Santos thanked Italy for its offer. teleSUR
