Addressing the 70th session of the UN General Assembly in New York, Bolivian President Evo Morales blasted the capitalist system as a failure and for fueling profit-driven wars. Morales told world leaders that there can be no peace without social justice. He also issued an appeal for dialogue with "our Chileam brothers" to resolve Bolivia's demand for sea access. teleSUR
