Tribes: Vengeance - Problem

Here is another issue I've had with my games. I'm still suspecting that it might be my video card, which is a built-in NVIDIA GeForce 6100 with 256 MB memory. Maybe I need something that's external (PCI-connected)? I certainly do hope that you can see the problem in this vid.
