I have trained with Michele Malo for the past two years. When I first sat down to meet with her I was immediately impressed with her depth of knowledge not only in regards to personal training but in fields such as exercise therapy and weight loss/diet as well. Michele connects with her clients at a personal level and shares in some of the struggles that many of us endure on our health journey. In order to maximize each session she caters workouts specifically to your individual goals and limitations. During workouts Michele is personable and encouraging which motivates me to succeed!
