Michele is a unique trainer who goes beyond just offering workouts. She has incredibly deep knowledge, unflagging enthusiasm, and true passion for her clients well-being. Her custom workouts are specific to my goals and abilities. They are also effective and safe, and I know Im not wasting my time or money. She encourages me to go to the limits of my fitness, which I couldnt do on my own, and she has kept me focused on the progress Im making. But it goes beyond just working out with Michele.She invests herself in me far beyond what other trainers do. We have mutual support and fun!
