Michele is an amazingly positive and inspiring woman. She worked with my daughter at that critical pre-teen time managing weight as she grew. Every week she brought something new and exciting to keep it fun. The bond goes well beyond basic trainer for us and the impact is for a lifetime! Could not recommend anyone more!!!
